Than click on the Data Files.
Than download the zip file for Chapter 1 please click on the following link- 1133693199_345081.zip or download it from the site.
Once the zip is download find it in downloads and open it. It will create a new folder. The folder contain the files you need to manipulate.
Now when the instruction in the text ask you to use a file you have it.
